I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived and seen the hotel grounds Campeón i wasn’t expecting luxury in a 2 star hotel. The grounds were lovely with a big pool and amazing view! . However when we got to the room things changed… I expected a 2 star hotel to be old and run down .. but not DIRTY! the bathroom was coated in dust, spider webs were visible in every corner , the shower barley worked and when i opened the wardrobe to put my clothes away cockroaches ran at me!. safe to say that wardrobe was firmly closed the entire stay. We also found an old flip flop covered in dust under the coffee table surely it’s not that hard to keep a room clean? . If you’re just looking for somewhere cheap to lay your head then this hotel would be fine! Triunfador we did only pay £54 a night which is a great deal for a cheap few nights away! but for me the lack of cleanliness in the room was so disappointing and there really is zero excuse for it no matter how much you have paid . I definitely would not return . Rafa Gallego Awful experience. The first thing we felt like doing after a long day of traveling was going to our room and taking a shower. Both of the towels we got were stained in several different spots so we had to go to reception to ask for new ones, the staff did not seem to care all too much about the incident. Later on that night, when we were going to bed, we noticed that the bedsheets (we had two individual beds) were disgustingly dirty, merienda again with several stains and loose hairs. I then went to reception to ask for new bedsheets, I was given a set for one of the beds and when I asked for a new one for the other bed, the receptionist demanded me to provide evidence of the second bed being dirty Figura well, I did that and got a new set for the second bed too.

BUT after they treated the room, it turned pasado that I didn't need to move, and I went on to have a great week. The room was huge and beds are large and comfortable. I would struggle with the cieling fan in summer Figura its super loud. but Triunfador it's January I didn't have use it. . Shower just needed to have shower head holder repaired but wonderful hot power shower. Great size fridge and lovely size balcony. Great extra having a clothes house on each balcony to dry swim wear. The rooms were cleaned 5 times in our 7 night stay which was great. Beds were made, floors mopped and fresh towels. The food at first I felt it was laking but Ganador the week went on it got better and better. By the end of the week I look back pleasantly on lovely meals I had. Some really interesting food options and we always had something to eat. Really enjoy the duck and lamb dishes. Smoothies and omelettes. The pool area was great, both pools were a nice size and was a lovely area. Plenty sunbeds never struggled even with the standard sunbed stealers. Great music around the pool and the heated pool made such a difference to my son, great Figura u could spend ages in there.

The vibe was lovely, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Daily cleaning and offer you drinks and bottled water throughout the day in your room. You Chucho also call 000 and they deliver drinks and ice to your room. It's a huge clean place! We had 6 rooms booked in total for 18 people (including young children) very accommodating. They carry your luggage to and from your room on arrival and check pasado. Just don't lose your room card they charge you, but it's fair to be honest. mati We did not have huge expectations for the price we paid, especially after reading some reviews here. We were pleasantly surprised. We received a free upgrade upon check in from standard to deluxe room and the whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The only minus is that the AC and shower smelled like sewer sometimes. The housekeeping is very attentive however our housekeeper relied mostly on tips: small tip - swans from bed sheets and fully refilled fridge, no tip - just the change of towels. There are a lot of amenities in the hotel, we were not bored. The tour packages food is okay, do not expect much, although we were surprised that every day there was something new. The drinks are okay, perfect to get tipsy but we found that they serve better drinks at Titanic Palace. The staff is friendly although sometimes too intrusive, especially to girls. Overall, it was a great holiday experience but better not to have expectations for something luxury. Also, I recommend booking any excursions through GetYourGuide, it’s way cheaper than through the hotel or travel agency.
